Tisbury Fit Club

Want to get fit and active?

  • Do you have a disability?
  • Do you want to get fit?
  • Are you over the age of 16?
  • Do you want to join our fit club?

Having a disability does not mean you can’t enjoy the social and physical benefits of fitness classes and sports – it’s not always easy to find the right trainers and facilities though. It helps to know then that there are people who understand your needs and can provide opportunities, support and advice to help you make the most of your abilities – even a quick chat can help you plan your activities, leaving you to live a healthy life.

The Tisbury Fit Club meets every Thursday in term time from 6.30-8pm at Tisbury Sports Centre.

So why not come and see us, or get in touch with Louise Cary on 01722 434274.
