Chair based exercises

Want to get moving?

  • Do you want to be more mobile?
  • Do you want to increase your confidence?
  • Do you want to reduce your risk of falling?
  • Do you want to meet new people?

You can achieve all this with our chair based exercise classes. Trained instructors will lead you through a series of chair based exercises, stretches, resistant band work and tai chi.

Staying mobile is important as you get older but finding the right help and assistance is sometimes difficult, particularly when you live in a rural area. Join a class near you so you can get moving and live a healthy life.

Sessions are currently run at Nadder Close, Tisbury on Wednesday at 9.45am – 11.15am. More classes are planned in other locations in the near future.
